Weston Wildlife / Nature Experience Day Tour

At about 1200hrs, pick up from Kota Kinabalu city hotel or Kota Kinabalu airport & depart for Weston (about 2 hours' drive). driving pass remote villages.

Arrive at Weston town at about 1400hrs; then by boat to Weston Nature Park (about 5 minutes' boat ride). Welcome drink and a short briefing. Learn to cast circular fishing net at the lounge and practise casting fishing net on the boat.

Afternoon, experience Wetland - Crab catching/fishing activity, visit traditionally styled water village and explore the Nipa and Bakau jungles by boat in search of proboscis monkeys and long-trail macaque.

At about 1830hrs, dinner at lodge. After dinner, get a glimpse of the fire flies at the lounge. (subject to weather condition) Then, depart back to Kota Kinabalu.

Tour Duration : About 9 - 10 hours.
